Advised the client on and developed an umbrella bonus program for the Client's top management at several levels, taking into account the establishment of a JV in a friendly jurisdiction. Analysed various options for developing the program while considering applicable employment, corporate, tax and commercial Russian and foreign (in particular, English) laws. Prepared a final option that best met the client's business needs and also took into account sanctions restrictions in relation to cross-jurisdictional payments
THE LARGEST FOREIGN MANUFACTURER OF AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS IN RUSSIA
Advised the client in connection with downtime and mass layoff of employees from the client's plant in Russia due to logistical and economic obstacles of continuing business in Russia at the previous volume. Developed a strategy for dealing with employment services, regulators and trade unions
FOREIGN COMPANIES THAT HAVE DECIDED TO CEASE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN RUSSIA
Advised several foreign companies of different profiles on employment issues in connection with cessation of operations in Russia, including the development of dismissal scenarios and a full package of dismissal terms and conditions for the selected scenario, the analysis of risks associated with the reclassification of dismissals into mass layoffs, and the development of strategies to protect employer's rights in case of disputes

Advised the client on the restructuring of their internal finance system, including the restructuring of the employee benefits system, the development of dismissal scenarios (and consequently, a full package of dismissal terms and conditions for the selected scenario), the development of a full package of terms and conditions for new hires, and negotiating terms and conditions of employment and dismissal with a number of employees
