Leonid Ervits has over 25 years' experience in complex international projects. He has been admitted to practice in three jurisdictions: England and Wales, New South Wales (Australia) and Russia, where has been practicing since 2006. He specializes in M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity and has also been involved in numerous landmark transactions, both in Russia and abroad.

On June 25, 2024, in St. Petersburg, the award ceremony of the Russia M&A Awards took place as part of the XIV Russian M&A Congress: White Nights 2024. The winner in the "Deal of the Year in Metallurgy" category was the sale of 100% of the share capital of JSC Polymetal based on a valuation of $3.69 billion to JSC Mangazeya Plus, with the legal advisory role for the seller provided by the LEVEL Legal Services.
