Leonid Ervits has over 25 years' experience in complex international projects. He has been admitted to practice in three jurisdictions: England and Wales, New South Wales (Australia) and Russia, where has been practicing since 2006. He specializes in M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity and has also been involved in numerous landmark transactions, both in Russia and abroad.

Leonid is highly valued by clients and colleagues for his ability to lead large multi-jurisdictional teams in complex cross-border transactions and for his business-oriented approach.
