Konstantin Baranov has over 25 years' experience representing credit institutions and corporate clients in a wide range of Russian and cross-border banking and finance transactions, particularly in the areas of project finance and PPP, real estate and construction finance, trade and export finance, acquisition and asset finance, and corporate and syndicated lending.
Konstantin also specializes in capital markets, derivatives and structured finance. His other areas of specialization include banking and other financial regulatory matters, national payment system legislation and digital financial assets, restructuring and bankruptcy, as well as advising on currency and sanctions legislation.
