Roman specializes in structuring, protection, and succession planning of business and family assets, and provides comprehensive legal support of cross-border transactions, deals, and investment projects. He has extensive experience in international compliance, including tax and sanctions, advising on interaction with global financial institutions and regulators, sanctions challenges, delisting procedures, and asset recovery.

Roman advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWI/UHNWI), notably Russian clients listed in Forbes, along with international private clients, across multiple jurisdictions, including the Middle East, Asia, Switzerland, Europe, and the United States.

Roman has 16 years of legal experience. Prior to joining LEVEL Legal Services, he headed the international compliance practice at one of the leading ex-international law firms and previously worked at the transnational banking group Société Générale, including advice to private clients.
